The dessert familiar today was not known in the Russian Empire, as it combines the "chocolate discoveries" of the XX (modern standard of white chocolate) and XXI (ruby) centuries.


In 2017, the fifth type of chocolate was presented to the world – ruby (ruby). Since then, new desserts with the characteristic berry taste of chocolate* (does not contain berries in chocolate) have been invented. "5 types of chocolate" is a dessert or cake (usually on a biscuit basis) that combines the taste of 5 types of chocolate: white, ruby, milk, dark, bitter (some foreign classifications combine "dark" and "bitter" chocolate into one concept.
